Update: session was really helpful today I’m slowly starting to feel better and was given a simple daily task to help my self esteem and confidence! As for streaming I’ll be playing cozy games to help my mental health and mind heal! info on that will be posted over the weekend!

@tabathasabbatha I use them when I’m asleep because I can hear EVERYTHING at night and it’s difficult to sleep from all the sounds that are like torture to my hearing! Loop is more comfortable too than those cheap earplugs!
