My second solo record Grace for Drowning was released on this day in 2011! At the time I was remixing a lot of early King Crimson and my head was full of that music, so was inspired to make this double album in a similarly dark jazz-tinged progressive rock style.

Same study: CAC (coronary artery calcium) scores were associated with cardiovascular events, but LDL levels didn't matter. In fact, nearly half of those with LDL >190, a level considered very high, had CAC = 0. 10.1001/jamanetworkopen.2021.48139

In this study, patients with low LDL (<77) had much higher rate of diabetes than those with higher LDL.
