Do not allow this year to end without your change. Refuse to remain in the same place spiritually, financially, mentally, and in your walk with God.
But hear me, this kind of change does not happen casually. It calls for intensified prayer, deeper consecration, and a greater hunger for God.
I declare over you that before this year comes to an end, you shall see a remarkable turnaround. What has delayed for years shall begin to move. Doors that seemed shut shall open. Strength shall come to the weary, direction to the confused, and favor to those who have been waiting on God.
May your family testify, may your business testify, may your ministry testify, and may your life become evidence of the goodness of God.

Zimbabwean music legend Thomas Mapfumo has accepted an offer to perform two concerts in Zimbabwe for US$1 million, funded by controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo.
Mapfumo said the money was payment for work, insinuating that he was not receiving it for free but was being compensated for providing a service through the two performances.

@CrimeWatchZW Sad to read.... working in a mine has so many risks and hazards...now factoring in fatigue, it's a ticking time nomb for serious incidents...the company should just have a night shift crew not that a person who has worked 11 hours does overtime..
English

Hello Crime Watch, I work at a gold mine in Lalapanzi, just before the toll gate when travelling from Gweru towards Mvuma. The mine started operating in December 2025, and I was employed there in January 2026.
The company has never disclosed its name to employees. Whenever we asked for the company name, management dismissed our concerns and refused to provide the information. The mine is owned by Chinese nationals.
When we started work, we were informed that we would be on probation for one month. After that, if both parties were satisfied with the working conditions, we would sign employment contracts. However, even the contracts did not include the company’s name. I have attached a copy of a warning letter I received previously, and it also does not contain the company’s name or company details.
The probation salary was set at US$350 per month, with the promise that it would later be reviewed. We worked for the first month without receiving our salaries. In the second month, on the 9th, employees gathered to inquire about the unpaid wages. We were informed that the contract forms were still being prepared. Later that same day, after workers had raised their concerns, salaries were eventually paid.
After that incident, management began calling employees individually and accusing them of influencing others to complain about the delayed salaries. Two employees were dismissed that day. I was also questioned and asked who had encouraged me to join the gathering. I explained that I had gone there on my own to check whether salaries had been paid and happened to find other workers there.
Initially, employees were given three days off per month, but this has since been reduced to only two days off per month.
Whenever workers raise concerns about the company’s identity, they are told to stop asking questions and simply accept their salaries whenever they are paid.
Our normal working hours are from around 6 a.m. in the morning to 5 p.m. in the evening. We are then required to return for compulsory overtime from around 6 p.m. until 10p.m. There are no proper rest provisions. If an employee falls sick, they are marked absent, and accumulating three absences in a month can result in dismissal.
Employees who fail to attend overtime because they are exhausted are fined US$5. The overtime is effectively mandatory regardless of one’s physical condition.
I am seeking advice on what action we can take regarding these working conditions. Leaving the job is not an easy option because I have a family to support, including my wife and two children. My eldest child has just started primary school, and I cannot afford to lose my source of income at this stage.
If anyone knows the relevant labour offices or authorities that can assist with this matter, please share the information. Thank you.
