@grrlCockpit protocol is definitely set right, the two ports r open. i don't think i can fiddle with zone (as iam understanding it...? just reading about it now) contabo's firewall runs @ "the network level" and their control panel doesn't & wouldn't have anything like that

it works but only when the firewall is off i have exceptions to the specific ports vsftpd uses when its on and it still times out
so weird; oh well

@tGMR_Botclone come to think of it that's probably why i don't last long. the longest lasted solo (not including round 115 kino on ipad) was to round 21 on town. i think i died to dogs twice. i'm just not very good

bit i like talking about: when criticizing the M14, detractors like to discuss how stupid it was for it to replace the SMG, rifle and automatic rifle in one go. there is heavy focus on the individual strengths of each gun
but you gotta understand the doctrinal use of those guns

The development, adoption, and subsequent "dropped like a hot potato" of the M14 is a difficult subject to understand, which leads to a lot of stupid things said about it. However, it was an extremely consequential part of small arms development, and is worth understanding.
