Este es el verdadero renacer. A Loris Karius siempre lo persiguieron sus errores en la final de la Champions League 2018 contra el Real Madrid, que le costaron la Copa al Liverpool. Desde ahí, su carrera se fue para abajo. Entre el 2020 y el 2024 jugó apenas 5 partidos (4 en Unión Berlín y 1 en Newcastle). De hecho, a mediados de 2024 estuvo 6 meses sin equipo y pensando en el retiro. El Schalke 04 pensó en él y lo fichó en enero de 2025 para intentar volver a Primera. Allí se consolidó y volvió a disfrutar de la pelota. Hoy, Schalke asciende a la Bundesliga con Karius como figura, siendo el portero con más vallas invictas en el torneo (12). Fabian Hurzeler has confirmed that Brighton brought an MMA fighter to training to help the club trial new techniques for defending set pieces. In a press conference before their away game against Newcastle, Hurzeler revealed that the fighter had been brought to a training session a “couple of months ago” to help the side develop its physical edge. “We brought him in because we’ve spoken a lot about set-pieces, blocking, and new trends in the Premier League,” he said. “We are trying to adapt to it because I don’t want this club to always be known as a club that is nice." 🚨🇪🇬Liverpool confirms Mohamed Salah is expected to be available to play again before the end of this season. The issue that caused his withdrawal has now been confirmed as a minor muscle injury.
