6 #cyanoTC2018: Overall, the developed analytical methods were validated, providing acceptable recoveries, reproducibility and LODs for all #PSTs. Analysis of real biomass and water samples demonstrated method’s applicability as a sensitive tool for routine #PSTs determinations

5 #cyanoTC2018: The proposed methods were applied to CB biomass and water samples collected by #GreekLakes as well as to commercially available #spirulina-based #foodSupplements obtained by the Greek market. Results show the presence of #STX and #neoSTX in CB and water samples
