Vibe coding is powerful… but writing prompts keeps getting longer and longer. So I built a small Prompt Builder MVP. Type a few words → get a structured prompt ready for coding agents. Just recorded a quick demo ↓ Waitlist if you’re curious: tablexport.com/waitlist

@adriamatz Solid blueprint. It proves that even in a crowded market, there's always room for a better-executed niche. The combination of streaks and AI-lessons is a goldmine for high-ticket subscriptions

@BacLeodiv Missing Paddle here! Stripe is great, but once you go Merchant of Record, you never go back. I’m actually seeing a lot of people recommending Polar lately for their simplicity. Has anyone here made the switch from Paddle to Polar?

@rcmisk Massive congrats! Building for yourself is the ultimate cheat code — if you’re your own first customer, you’ve already won. 0 to 1 is the hardest part, enjoy the ride!

@simonecanciello Literally what I’m testing right now for my finance app. Built an AI mascot (a chill Frenchie) to bridge the gap between 'boring budget tool' and 'viral vibes'. TikTok is a beast to crack, but 1.4M views is exactly the target

Back to @cursor_ai after a year of trying every other tool out there. 💻 The combo of Cursor + Claude Code + Gemini CLI is the fastest I've ever felt while building. Gemini handles the context, Claude Code handles the terminal, and I just ship. What are you all sitting on right now? Share your setups or any game-changing rules you’re using! 🚀

Unexpected 3-week break from X turned out to be a solid deep work session. 🧘‍♂️ Used the time away to dust off a project I started 1 year ago. It needed a lot of love, so I spent the silence refactoring the logic and polishing the UI to my current standards. It feels good to turn an old archive into something functional again. Happy to be back in the feed. #buildinpublic #ship30for30 #solofounder

Getting banned was the best thing for my deep work. 🧘‍♂️ 3 weeks of silence = 3 weeks of pure shipping. I’ve used this time to polish a project that’s been sitting on the shelf for one year. The account is back. The "Phoenix" is rising. 🦅 Stay tuned, the reveal is closer than you think. 🥤⚡️

@Chatzopoulos_ Thanks, appreciate it! Not planning a public launch just yet — focusing on the waitlist and gathering early feedback first. Want to shape it with real use cases before opening it up

You should steal this onboarding flow Breathwrk has the best commitment hook I've seen in any onboarding Here's how they do it 👇 Onboarding - Visualizes your progress before you start (day 1 → day 7 graph) - Assigns you a stress score that needs fixing - Lets you try it immediately (instant proof it works) - Builds fake personalized plan while you wait Paywall - 7-day free trial (removes all friction) - €11/mo or $59/year - References the demo you just experienced They sell the score drop Not the breathing technique $50K/mo from <5K downloads Watch the full flow
Adrià Martinez@adriamatz

This app makes $50K/mo teaching you to breathe → <5K downloads/month → $70/year subscription → You already know how to breathe But nobody Googles "breathing exercises" at 3AM. They download Breathwrk Stressed people pay for simple solutions. What are you building?

Claude is cooking… so I’m cooking too 🍜 Friday night: fixing bugs, writing code, eating tom yum. Building isn’t always glamorous, but moments like this are pretty nice. What’s your Friday builder vibe? #buildinpublic #indiehackers

Introducing: Fluently - Accurate Subtitles & Translations for YouTube I watch a lot of foreign YouTube content. Most of it doesn't have good English subs. And I found YouTube's auto-translate/dubbing is inaccurate and unpleasant to use. So I built Fluently, which skips YouTube's caption system entirely. It uses dedicated transcription & translation models to process the video's raw audio, which results in far better accuracy. Plus, you can see both language tracks side by side, and perform Q&A with AI if you are a language learner. Free to try. Would love feedback on UX & accuracy across different languages.

Most expense tracking apps feel like work. Trying to change that with Spendly. Here’s how adding a transaction looks now: scan → chat → done in 2 clicks. Working toward a more hands-free experience. Would love your feedback 👇 getspendly.net/en #buildinpublic #saas #indiehackers

You should steal this onboarding flow Arise makes $100K/mo with: - 3 min onboarding - Fake personalized plan - Hard paywall from day 1 Here's how they do it: Onboarding - Lifestyle questions: weight, fitness level, goals - "Building your custom workout plan..." - Shows your "personalized" routine - Locked behind paywall before you can use it Paywall - No free trial, $17.99/mo upfront - 8 price points testing aggressively - Close it? Instant discount offer They sell the plan before you see the product Personalization theater = $100K/mo Watch the full flow 👇
Adrià Martinez@adriamatz

Arise makes $100K/mo turning the gym into an anime → No free trial, hard paywall from day 1 → 'Aura farm' not 'burn calories' → 'Complete quests' not 'do reps' Gym-phobic gamers paying $15/mo They'll subscribe to progression anywhere Even the gym Build it with Anything

Small milestone this week. Just got a notification from Google — Spendly started getting its first organic visitors. Still tiny (around 10 visits), but it’s a great signal. About a month ago I added a simple blog to test SEO. Now it’s slowly starting to work. Next step: double down on content and keep improving it. Slow progress — but real. #buildinpublic #seo #saas
