Tried it for a while. The discipline benefit is real and probably the most underrated part of daily challenges like this. But here's the honest answer: 100 reps of anything done daily without progressive overload eventually stops building strength and starts just maintaining it. Your body adapts fast, and once it does, you're doing cardio not resistance training. The shoulder and wrist issues people report are usually form fatigue, when you're grinding out reps 70-100 and your mechanics quietly fall apart. If you want the discipline habit, the streak mentality is genuinely useful. If you want the physique and strength gains, you eventually have to add load or variety or the plateau comes sooner than you think.

Gym goers who has tried the “100 pushups a day” routine, Has anyone actually stuck with it long term? Did you notice any real benefits in terms of strength, physique, posture, stamina, or discipline? Also, did you run into any issues like shoulder, wrist, or elbow pain from doing them daily?

I have noticed that when intelligent-academic oriented tweets are made, it rarely rakes impressions. The algorithm goes cold. I expected this tweet to raise conversations around how our ancestors cataloged ecological balance, or what an epistemic transition looks like for a research like this and then @arojinle1 can share his experience. Why don’t our people engage in intelligent conversations anymore?

If you agree that Rarara who is versed in QURANIC knowledge, can read and write in Arabic text, Hausa and Ajami is an illiterate, then by extension you’re agreeing that all our ulama that didn’t acquire western education are illiterates, all major Muslim scholars that shaped the western knowledge and sciences like Alkwarizmi, Algorithm founder, Abysina et al are illiterates. Even the Malamai in your Zaure that can teach any Islamic jurisprudence book and Shehunnai are illiterates. Mu din ga wa kan mu adalchi and stop being emotional.

My kids spent mid term at my parents, meanwhile my Dad has been in the hospital for 2weeks now. Immediately they came back, my daughter goes; Hanan: Mummy, now I know why you use to hype your dad so much Me: what happened? Her: do you know that grandpa sent money for masa everyday from the hospital? Me: Really? In unison: Yes, everyday he sends money to Uncle M to buy masa for us This has been his practice everyday on every of their visits. They love masa so much and he indulges them. Not even pains of surgery could stop or make him forget. I’m just happy my kids got to experience & enjoy the man that raised me to be so full of love, no man comes close to my father in loving his children. Ya Allah you see my heart and know how much this man deserves to be cared for, bless me to do as a child should. Grant him complete shifa and do not take him away from us yet. Rabbi irham umma kama rabayyani soghira.

Me: Dad I want to make my hair Him : Go and make it now Me: Money Him: How much? Me 3500 ( in my head; attachment x2=800, stylist=1000, transport and miscellaneous =1000. Pocket the rest) Him: Ha! Isn’t it better if you barb it? My barber takes 100, it is when I want to dash him money that I pay 200 Me: OK goes back to my room 30 minutes later Him: Aren’t you making your hair again? Me: But you said I should go and cut it now Him: you better do quick. I will not wait for you o. I’m going to town now. Me : Rushed to the bathroom to take a bath and get ready He drops me at the saloon Him: Call me him when you’re done and gives me 3500 2hrs later he calls, are you done? I’m going home o Me: We’re not even half done. I’ll just meet you at home Him: aren’t you hungry Me: I am very hungry, but I’ll just buy mineral and biscuits. Him: OK don’t stay out too late. Me: OK sir A few moments later he calls again to ask how many of us were in the saloon? My dad brought food for all 3 of us. The woman making my hair asked if he was my boyfriend and I said my Dad, the other lady said maybe she is his only child. This man has 9 of us and he is like that with every single one He went ahead to wait 2 extra hours just to take me home, so I don’t have to go home by myself at night. Also the first to compliment my hair even though he complained about it being too much and too long. That man has loved me my entire life, being actively present and I would give him the entire universe if I could.

@GrowthStacks @muminattaofeek Let her be arrogant. She'll be judged by her Lord. Are men also not arrogant when they acquire wealth? In fact, it is difficult to see an extremely wealthy man not into any form of fornication. In short, we'll all be judged by our Lord. So, let's stick to the teachings of Islam.
