Today we heard one of our lovely service users sadly passed away. Her sister popped to our offices with cakes to say thank you to our fab care team for their care and support over the last 12 yrs, so kind and thoughtful of her. Caring for our SUs & their families @CareByUs ❤️

Our nurses have seen a 14% real terms pay cut since 2010, they work long hours with most doing unpaid overtime, the bursary has been scrapped so they now qualify £50,000 in debt & now this! Is it any wonder we have a desperate shortage of 40,000 nurses mirror.co.uk/news/politics/…
