losing weight with hashimoto’s has been so hard. i gained so much weight in such a short amount of time, and was around 210 at my heaviest. im now at my first goal after months of hard work. im so excited and i hope to keep making good progress 💪🏻

its so crushing for my job applications to diners & restaurants to be denied solely because i dont have any experience. i think i need to find a small diner that closed due to the pandemic & just lie & say i worked there.
