@tactical_Squill 100% agree with all of that, even though I'm not qualified to comment on VC. I feel like my saas isn't really any of those, but maybe it is...

We analyzed 542 startup growth experiments and saw the same pattern repeatedly: Free channels created traction. Paid ads amplified it. The best-performing early-stage growth came from communities, SEO, founder-led content, partnerships, and word of mouth… not ad spend. Breakdown here: wovly.ai/blog/542-start…

The hardest part isn’t having the idea. It’s starting. Most people stay stuck thinking. The people who build talk about it, test it, ship it, and keep going before everything feels perfect. Execution creates momentum. Momentum attracts the right people. Media: CBS

We are old school, outreach! :-) knowing your ICP, GTM, validating assumption and what the pain is real. (Not just what we think) We interview customers and go from there establishing authentic relationship instead of being behind a wall. Rapport goes the distance and has withstand the test of time. That’s strategy 101 #strategy

@tactical_Squill @UtilioApp @wovly_time interesting that you've got deterministic settlement logic working step by step, what did you learn from implementing the pokeTW1() escalation that you didn't anticipate initially

Everyone is pushing AI-generated content right now. More posts. More automation. More outreach. More noise. And a lot of companies are investing into these platforms expecting exponential growth overnight. But content alone isn’t the answer. The human element still matters. Personal relationships matter. Trust matters. Long-term engagement matters. If you’re sitting behind a screen just pushing out automated content without understanding your customer or building genuine rapport, eventually people feel it. AI was never meant to replace human connection. It’s meant to enhance it. That’s one of the biggest differences with Wovly. We’re not building another generic AI wrapper that just generates posts and emails. The foundation is context. Understanding your business. Learning your customers. Identifying pain points. Analyzing proven case studies. Refining positioning. Tracking competitors. Improving outreach and engagement based on what actually drives results. The companies that win in this next era won’t be the ones generating the most content. They’ll be the ones that understand their customers the best and use AI to strengthen those relationships not replace them. #buildinpublic #SaaS #wovly @wovly_time

Another great read from our founder case study database @wovly_time What separates a great founder from a mediocre one? The mediocre founder runs a business. The great founder runs experiments. After analyzing 1,900+ real startup experiments, the patterns become hard to ignore. wovly.ai/blog/what-sepa… #buildinpublic #startup #saas #founder

Love your post!! This is a really important point, especially as more companies rush toward fully automated decision-making systems. One of the biggest misconceptions in AI right now is that “more reasoning” automatically means “better reasoning.” In reality, longer outputs can sometimes just create the illusion of confidence while reinforcing bias underneath the surface. It’s similar to what we’ve been thinking about at @wovly_time matters more than volume. The future winners in AI won’t be the platforms generating the longest responses or the most content. They’ll be the systems that actually understand customers, workflows, and human nuance well enough to improve decision-making without replacing human judgment entirely. Trust, context, and verification layers are going to matter far more than raw generation capability over the next few years. Really insightful research here. Keep up the hard work!

It turns out that when we ask AI to “think” longer, we aren’t necessarily getting deeper insight, but often just getting more bias Recent research into reasoning models suggests that their output is plagued by a "length-driven position bias." In essence, these models exhibit a mechanical tendency to favor certain positions simply because the generated logic or reasoning chain happens to be longer, rather than more accurate. As these models are increasingly integrated into high-stakes legal research and decision-support systems, this discovery is quite sobering. If our automated legal assistants are conditioned to equate “verbosity” with “validity,” we risk a feedback loop where the most elaborate (but not necessarily the most legally sound) arguments win. It serves as a necessary reminder that algorithmic transparency is not just about knowing what the model said, but understanding the structural flaws in how it arrived there. We must demand more rigorous audit standards for reasoning chains, or we risk building a legal tech infrastructure that prioritizes the eloquence of the prompt over the nuance of the law. ⚖️ Source: More Thinking, More Bias: Length-Driven Position Bias in Reasoning Models, by Xiao Wang
