A Toledo Democrat judge just suspended the entire jail sentence for a man who strangled his child’s mother and repeatedly hit the child in the head with a mailbox!! Ronald Ensley, 31, attacked the mother while she held their child on July 11. Court records say he choked her until she struggled to breathe and left marks on her neck. In the process the child took multiple blows to the head from a mailbox mounted to the house. He was charged with strangulation and endangering children. He pleaded no contest to a reduced assault charge. Democrat Judge Joseph Howe handed down 180 days and then suspended every single day of it. Ensley walked free on one year of probation. This. Is. INSANE. Impeach the judge. #Ohio #SoftOnCrime
