I'm not too keen on buying a false nine because I feel we have current solutions for that that we can try. there's no real striker on the market either though, so while I'm not too keen on either, I would want Kroupi rather than Alvarez.

Arsenal can match PSG obviously but we have no answer for their xG cheating. what we can do is to minimise their chances to a minimum and we haven't done that to the best of our ability recently. it's still three weeks away though, so let's see.

if he's not actively pushing to leave, I wouldn't sell Ben White tbh. maybe id consider it if he had another injury crisis, but rn I would keep our defence the same way it is atm. we might need one more signing actually

we'd be underdogs but people pretending we don't have the tools to beat both Bayern and PSG are hilarious lol. they're both imperfect as we saw last week and 3 weeks is a long time for Arteta to give us a chance. just cos I want my prediction to come to pass, I hope it's Bayern.

I’m actually way more comfortable with PSG than Bayern Munich. PSG have far more weaknesses Arsenal can exploit than Bayern do. Havertz against Marquinhos/Pacho Rice & Zubi against Vitinha & Neves Setpieces, long balls, 2nd balls, counters, sustained pressure all kill PSG.

subs indicate Arteta wants to manage the game rather than go for it. not bad, but I would've kept Eze on. if we're going to do this, we should get Martinelli on. Gyokeres will have to work extra hard at the moment.

expecting them to start being aggressive from minute 60. I bet Simeone still thinks they can bag a goal on a break as it is. we've been a bit shaky in some transition moments.

Tbf that's quite a nice example of why PSG and Bayern go man man. Play that passive vs Arsenal and you're asking for trouble. Expect Atleti to be a bit more aggressive against the ball in the second half as they were in the first leg.

the game is going to change a bit. Atletico are going to try to come unto us a bit more as the half goes on. if we don't score the second, we need to keep Eze on. Martinelli needs to come on cos we might have a chance or two on the break. MLS doing okay.

people forget that for like two seasons, the whole team played and did different things solely to get Saka one v one against his defender in space, before they started double marking him. when he was one v one and moving, Emirates would stand up. he is the franchise.
