@JimmyLarson1888 Thanks for your comment. You can still use the app without subscribing to AI Assist. However we believe the subscription is a good deal as most customers save significantly more than the subscription cost. For most, it delivers a strong net positive & is essentially a no-brainer

@tado Hi, so you have system and data issues today? I have lost access to the app to control my heating. Keeps telling me no access to server. Yet all seems ok my end and have reset everything. Also can't log into the website, is this another data hack?

@tado in this heating season my system has become increasingly unreliable and support have been useless. I’ve woken up in 8c due to the Tado system going offline randomly. I’ve already re-located the Bridge to anywhere that is possible only to get the same results.
