@JimmyLarson1888 Thanks for your comment. You can still use the app without subscribing to AI Assist. However we believe the subscription is a good deal as most customers save significantly more than the subscription cost. For most, it delivers a strong net positive & is essentially a no-brainer

@timmys77 or when your movement speed varies. The feature that takes into account the characteristics of your home and rooms is called Adaptive Heating. This is different from the Preheating feature. You can find more information about it on our website. tado.com

@timmys77 In V3+, preheating worked by dynamically adjusting the temperature based on how far you were from home and how close you were to returning. The new AI-powered approach has the advantage of working even in more nuanced scenarios, such as when you’re away but still near your home

@tado Hi, so you have system and data issues today? I have lost access to the app to control my heating. Keeps telling me no access to server. Yet all seems ok my end and have reset everything. Also can't log into the website, is this another data hack?

@tado in this heating season my system has become increasingly unreliable and support have been useless. I’ve woken up in 8c due to the Tado system going offline randomly. I’ve already re-located the Bridge to anywhere that is possible only to get the same results.
