@WoklzYT Its a case of rinse and repeat.
Next up Sporting!

I'm sick of the excuse that the team doesn't function when we have some starters out.
That is on the culture you set from the top when you never rotate the team correctly.
In Arteta's entire reign he has struggled with this, and we never put it together in the domestic cups because of these changes.
It's the same with the approach as well.
As soon as he wants to play more attacking football, we cannot do it. We are slow/stale and then are not clincial enough.
Which also leaves big problems in the back.
This game was a great example of Arteta's worst problems for a while now, and I cannot believe it is still happening in 2026

And she ran away from New Zealand for a "fresh start " in Sydney.

I just can't with Arsenal 😢
Next up, Sporting!
The last time we lost to the Saints, we bottled both the Champions League and Premier League.
No more excuses. #Arsenal

@NZhuwawo @zimpricecheck 4. Better to look at countries handling this crisis better, like India. Despite being a massive net importer and facing the same global oil surge, India has kept regular petrol and diesel prices largely frozen/stable for years. How?They have massive domestic refining capacity!
English

@NZhuwawo @zimpricecheck 1.
Lets look at the numbers. In 2005, Australia had 8 operational oil refineries supplying 98% of its fuel needs.
Today (2026), they’re down to just 2 refineries. They now produce less than 20% of their own fuel and import over 80%.
Zimbabwe: 0 refineries.

⛽ 𝗭𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘄𝗲 𝘃𝘀. 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗧𝗮𝗅 𝗗𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗺𝗮
We’ve been watching Australia closely, and they just did something we’ve been calling for: they’ve officially halved their fuel excise duty. While our government is "looking into" reviews, the Australians have actually slashed their tax by 𝟮𝟲.𝟯 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 per litre to protect their people from the global oil shock.
𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝘀:
* 🇦🇺 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲: Faced with petrol prices hitting US$1.73 (AUD 2.53), their government acknowledged the tax was too high. They’ve dropped the excise from 52.6c to 26.3c per litre for the next three months.
* 🇿🇼 𝗭𝗶𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗯𝘄𝗲’𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: We are currently paying nearly 𝟴𝟲 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 in taxes and levies on every single litre. If a wealthy economy like Australia thinks 52 cents is too much, how can we justify 86 cents when our Petrol is at an eye-watering 𝗨𝗦$𝟮.𝟭𝟵?
* 🥊 𝗔 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗸: Unlike COVID-19, where production was simply "paused," we are now seeing physical destruction. Ukraine’s recent precision strikes have knocked out over 𝟭𝟯% 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗮’𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. This isn't a temporary dip; it's a structural hit to the world's supply that will take years to fix.
* 📉 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: The market is being too optimistic. We haven't even felt the full impact of these strikes or the Red Sea shipping blockades yet. When our local retailers have to restock at these new "war-premium" prices, the US$2.19 we are complaining about today might feel like a memory.
𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
We believe the chickens are coming home to roost. If the government doesn't follow Australia’s lead and slash the fuel tax now, the resulting cost-push inflation will be catastrophic for our businesses and your pockets.
Do you think our government has the "stomach" to cut their 86-cent tax collection to save the economy, or are we on our own? 🧐

@NZhuwawo @zimpricecheck 3. Australia admits this half-cut (52.6¢ → 26.3¢ per litre for 3 months) is costing them A$2.5 billion in lost revenue. The Aust Gvt said that they “can’t afford” it. So if Australia can't afford it, how on earth is our much smaller Zimbabwean government supposed to.
English

@NZhuwawo @zimpricecheck 2. We import every single drop (plus some local ethanol blending). That’s a big reason why our tax/levy burden (~86 cents per litre) looks so different from Aust.

I am not going to cop the ABC - or other left wing media - complaining that we have not done enough to guarantee petrol and diesel supplies.
For years these organisations have run activist campaigns against my attempts (and others) to drill, baby, drill.
They can't turn around now and whinge ... where are the fossil fuels!
Maybe after an equal number of pro oil, pro gas and pro coal stories they can be forgiven, but I won't hold my breath!

There are no easy games in the Premier League anymore! Pretty football doesn't guarantee wins & moments of magic are no longer enough! Grit, fight, & ugly football is the way to go. Arsenal showed that today! The title race still very much alive but Advantage #Arsenal
English

It must be said: in the 89th minute, as @Arsenal pushed hard for that breakthrough against Everton, the narrative was all "a draw here hands the title to Man City on a plate."
Fast-forward: City are held to a draw by West Ham.
