Democrats have forced Trump and Republicans to cave on their DHS shutdown. They have passed a bill in the Senate that will fund TSA, CISA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard without funding ICE or Border Patrol.

The U.S. Senate has unanimously voted to fund most of the Department of Homeland Security. This includes TSA, FEMA and the Coast Guard. Funding for ICE and CBP is not included. The bill now goes to the U.S. House of Representatives.
