everyone talks about founders nobody talks about the team so here i am talking about the people who build matiks. first up, ritesh he was a 3rd year student interning somewhere for ₹25k we offered ₹5k he still joined not for money but for learning. said working closely with IIT grads would teach him more joined in september'24, the same month we had all quit our jobs we moved to bangalore in october he came too, on that stipend we were working 7 days a week then told him to take sundays off and he said, “what would i even do?” over time he’s become like a younger brother still an intern, graduating this year but i’ll bet ₹5L he’s better than most engineers with 5 years of experience in bangalore. rare to find people like @k123ritesh

@theheckler101 fundamentals are always going to be important. No matter what. Use AI to accelerate your journey to expertise. That way you get to keep up with both trends. That’s honestly the extent to which I can answer your question. Beyond this is not something I can get into. Atb.

@tailwiinder Bro, I am in college right now. I am confused about what I should do. Should I just keep my head down and study A.I and fundamentals? Or am I doomed. Nothing is clear to me.

Feel like quitting everything, taking multiple steps back, and spending the next couple years typing every single letter of my code by myself. It’s so overstimulating and anxiety-inducing to sit and review multiple huge-diff changes every other hour. That’s all our “jobs” have distilled down to. I miss the calmness that programming used to bring to me. This shit is so chaotic right now. I should’ve started a YouTube channel just live-coding and hacking together random shit while my Twitter account was at its peak. Should’ve taken that risk. Perhaps I’d be living a very different life right now. It’s impossible to keep up with what’s going on in tech lately. This shit’s frying my brain by the minute. Please bring back 2021.
