@TheForeverFit You need to eat more calories to lose weight. Eat more meals to increase metabolism. The controlled negative of a deadlift is just as important as the initial lift. Supplements work. Eat a gram of protein for every pound you weigh. Don't swim for 30 minutes after eating.

@TheForeverFit @ZachHomol You could easily pull more. Push with your heals more and lock your lats in before you lift. Personally, I'd drop that bar at about 25%/ thigh level on the way down. You're more likely to cause back problems on the way down. Looks like you're at a commercial gym, get a platform
