Our first-ever Charity of the Month award goes to @talkaboutitmate! 🏆 Founded on the powerful idea that people helping people makes real change possible, Talk About It Mate offers regular peer support sessions in Salford, including walks, men’s groups, and community gatherings where individuals can share experiences and support one another. Activities such as these not only create meaningful connections but also help reduce the stigma around mental health challenges. The charity have recieved an F92 merchandise pack, 20 tickets to @SalfordCityFC's game against Newport, and a donation of Kellogg's cereal to support their beneficiaries 👏 Read more: foundation92.co.uk/news/talk-abou… @1stCentral
