Just wanted to say here that I really enjoyed my time at @TatakaiTuesday playing MBTL with locals. I don't speak much JP but the language of going "aaaaaAAAAAA" at silly interactions is universal :P

I wasn't able to go as much as I'd wanted but losing a local like this, even temporarily, is a pretty big blow for the local scene. Thank you Rachel and team for holding the fort, and indirectly helping me discover my current favorite alcoholic beverage :P

There's already a lot of parasocial finger pointing based on the announcement and I'm sure it'll keep escalating, but I hope people stay respectful. We don't and probably won't know the whole story and assuming things has a habit of backfiring. I'm sure in the end it'll be okay.
