A China Eastern pilot used the A350's thrust reverser to reverse the aircraft on the bay as it hit the jet bridge. Using the thrust reverser of an A350 to reverse the aircraft would be the first time I have seen this. 2 May 2026, Shanghai Airport. Why did he use the thrust reverser twice? Why not just set the brake after the first time?
They said we wouldn’t find any player who plays like Messi, but we actually have one who plays exactly like him, the sad part is he’s in the UAE league.
Ah yes! the poetry of power, loud on promises, quiet on performance.
You say you won’t submit to NOISE, but what you call noise is often the sound of hungry citizens whose patience has expired. Democracy isn’t silence; it’s accountability echoing in places power wishes were mute.
Respect the judiciary, you say, but respect isn’t a speech, it’s a pattern. Nigerians have learned the hard way that in this system, court orders sometimes travel slower than political convenience.
One country, one vision, sounds noble, until you realize the vision looks clear only from the top. Down here, it’s blurred by inflation, insecurity, and policies that feel like experiments conducted on people who never consented.
They cannot scare me off.
No, sir, fear isn’t the issue. Disconnection is.
Because the real test of leadership isn’t endurance, it’s empathy. Not how long you can stay on the road, but whether the people are still willing to walk it with you.
“ RENEWED HOPE ” cannot survive as a slogan when reality renews HARDSHIP DAILY. Hope is not declared, it is delivered.
And Nigerians are no longer clapping for speeches.
They’re auditing outcomes.
Because at this point, the only thing more consistent than the promises,
is the distance between those promises and the people.
“We will not submit to noise, rascality, or disobedience to lawful court orders. We must uphold democracy, respect the judiciary whether it favours us or not, and remain faithful to the principles that hold our nation together.
There is no path to national greatness except the path of building one country, one common vision, one shared future of progress and prosperity for all Nigerians. That is what Renewed Hope is about.
They cannot scare me off. I have been through this road before and, if I must walk it again and again for our country, I will. There is no better place than Nigeria, and no one will build it for us except ourselves.
I have listened. I know the journey is not easy. But I give you my word: I will not run away from this task. I will not give up. Coordinate from the ward level, act as one family, stay focused on what we promised Nigerians, and stand firm.”
This was my message to the leadership and coordinators of my Renewed Hope Ambassadors this afternoon.
God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The work continues.
