Please share, retweet or copy-paste to other platforms Yesterday, on Shabbat and one of the most sacred jewish holidays, around 6.30am Israel time Hamas started firing thousands of rockets into civilian population in Israel. reminding you that in Israel, unlike Hamas' tactics, civilian areas and military bases are clearly separated. Yet - Hamas, as usual, fired primarily on civilian targets intentionally. So far - this is typical Hamas tactics. The big difference this time was that Hamas launched a coordinated raid of hundreds of its soldiers, armed with assault rifles, machines guns, grenades and RPGs that left Gaza (which to remind you - Israel has one-sidedly withdrew from in full 18 years ago) - on a mission to kill and kidnap as many Israeli civilians as possible. Unfortunately - they succeeded immensely, capturing a military base that was in their way (and one may deem it "legitimate target"), but also capturing 22 civilian communities in Israel's south. On their way to these communities they shot to kill any vehicles or pedestrians they came across. They also hit a murderous, inhumane jackpot when they found over 2000 Israelis dancing in an outdoor festival nearby. They drove into the festival, running over them, firing machine guns and throwing grenades into the mass of people. Those who fled were shot while doing so, and those who tried to hide in nearby orchids were man-hunted and shot - or loaded on the terrorist pickup trucks and kidnapped to Gaza. When the terrorists arrived in the civilian communities, they shot everyone in sight. Entire families, grandparents, parents and young children who spent the holiday together. Many managed to lock themselves in their homes. The terrorists then went door-to-door, throwing grenades, shooting automatic guns and capturing entire families. I have a 4 year-old daughter. The video a 4 year old girl being taken from her parents and being kidnapped to Gaza doesn’t leave my mind. A 4 year old girl being kidnapped!!! Her parents who tried to resist - slaughtered in front of her eyes. She is now probably being held in a dark basement somewhere in Gaza. Official reports currently state 700 Israelis murdered and around 2500 wounded. Over 100 people were kidnapped in Gaza. Few of them are soldiers, most of them civilians. They have been paraded in the streets of Gaza, some of the women’s clothes were taken off and they were spitted and molested by the local crowds. The actual numbers are much higher - mostly because there are many people still missing and many bodies that were not identified officially. Estimates are of over 1000 Murdered and at least 3000 wounded. In relative terms - this translates to 40,000 murdered Americans, or over 10,000 murdered Germans or Brits. It translates to 160,000 murdered Chinese or Hindustanis. It translates to 150,000 wounded and over 4000 kidnapped Americans. It translates to 50,000 wounded and over 1000 kidnapped Germans or Brits. To 600,000 wounded and over 16,000 kidnapped Chinese or Hindustanis This is not just a major terror attack. This is even more than Israel’s 9/11. This is an all out declaration of war by Hamas - and Israel will meet this declaration of war with unprecedented retaliation and internal unity among its people. In the past year Israel has been torn apart by local politics. In the past 18 years since Israel withdrew from Gaza - the far right in Israel has called for its re-occupation to stop the firing of missiles and rockets on civilian populations in Israel. The vast majority of Israeli people were against it. Now, Israel is united again, with a clear, vicious, inhumane enemy. Just like Al-Qaida was to the US after 9/11 or like ISIS was, Hamas will be shuttered by Israel, not matter how long it will take. It will not bring back the lost lives. Moreover, there will no doubt be hundreds, if not thousands of lives lost - because unlike Israel, Hamas does not operate from military bases. They operate from within the civilian population of Gaza. They shoot their missiles from hospitals and schools. And unfortunately despite Israel’s warnings in advance to the Gaza population - they do not have much choice in objeting Hamas - who regularly kill their own civilians if they do not oblige, or for that matter - if they were gay, or denouncing islam, or any other thing that does not sit well with Hamas’ fundamentalist and murderous ideology. This concern has stopped Israel’s governments in the past. It will not stop it now. Israel will wage war to destroy Hamas. We are determined to never let something like this happen again. Stand with Israel. If you feel comfortable - please share the truth - because the mainstream media will likely not do so. Thank you for your support.
