Cold emails die the same death. You open them, skim the first line, and delete. They all sound like robots begging for attention. I learned this the hard way. When I started doing outreach, I sent 5 emails a day. 0 replies, not even a polite "no." Every line was either: • "We're amazing, buy from us" or • "We'd love to tell you how amazing we are." Nobody cared. Then I found the real reason: My emails weren't about them. They were about me. So I changed one thing: I built a prompt that forced AI to think like a human, not a copywriter. Here's what it does: It asks for 5 things before it writes a single word: 1. Who you're emailing 2. Their pain point 3. What you do 4. How you solve it 5. What you want them to do next That's it. Simple, relevant, human. A freelance designer trying to grow her personal brand used this prompt to reach newsletter writers in her niche. In just 2 days, she signed 3 long-term retainers. Want the exact ready-to-copy prompt she used? Reply "prompt" and I'll DM it to you.

How to get a Market Research Snapshot Using AI in 1 minute (so simple a 3rd grader can follow) Most people ask AI: “tell me about the market.” That’s like saying: “tell me about food.” Way too big, way too messy. Here’s the fix 👇

If you're a busy professional who hates generic AI replies, stop pasting "be concise" into every new chat. That's not how it works. Put this in your custom instruction. "Eliminate filler, emojis, and tone-matching. Deliver concise, structured, complete responses. Speak only to the cognitive tier. Goal: restore independent, high-fidelity thinking."

The hardest part about sharing ideas isn’t finding something to say. It’s saying something in a way that gets the right attention.

Quick Tweaks: If you want a global view vs. local, swap the region. If you care about buyers, add a line like “focus on millennials and their habits.” If you want forecasts, specify the year range. Small swaps = big differences in output.

❌ Before: “Tell me about smartphones.” ✅ After: “Pretend you’re a market analyst. Snapshot of North America smartphones: include market size in $, last year’s growth rate, Apple vs Samsung with shares, and one new trend like 5G adoption.” See the difference? One is mud. One is gold.

Never trust AI blindly. When generating research or numbers: • Ask it to show sources • Cross-check with 1–2 external references • Use AI for speed, not for truth AI is an accelerator, not a replacement for due diligence.
