Training swim #4. Escape from Alcatraz. They made it, but then we made them swim back 🤣 1:55 water: 58F

Training swim #3. The long one. Started at Golden Gate, swam by Alcatraz, under the bay bridge and ended near Candlestick Park. 4 hrs. Water ranges from 57-60F.

Swim #2 Yellow Bluff at night. Very cool experience! Water temp: 57F. Swim: 1:15

I was having a hard time seeing my 5th grader as being ready to move to middle school, but for the last week, he has begun jumping to touch the top of the door frame every time he walks through a door. He’s ready. #IYKYK
