@goroak3chi Diana I’m sorry this sounds tough :/ I‘m sure you’ve tried communicating this to them before…Surely they will understand that you need some more autonomy. For some parents the greatest challenge really is learning to let go. But you should always do what you’re comfortable with

i feel like a bad daughter and person in general for wanting to leave them but i don’t know how to feel comfortable around them

having strict traditional mexican parents is killing my spirit,, it doesn’t help that they start comparing my isolation to them or my grandparents arghhhh
