Most fitness advice online is garbage.
I know because I’ve lived it, tested it, and proved what actually works.
I grew up an athlete. Born in Oklahoma, raised in Alaska, played Division I football. After my career ended, I turned to CrossFit. In 2013 I placed third at the Dubai CrossFit Championship. In 2014 I won it.
But my journey was never smooth. I’ve had 14 orthopedic surgeries. I know what it feels like to start from zero, to feel broken, to wonder if you will ever come back stronger.
That experience gave me empathy for anyone who has lost their edge. And it gave me clarity about what truly works.
Fitness is not about gimmicks or quick fixes. It is about going big on the basics. Training hard and staying consistent. Eating real food and prioritizing protein. Mastering fundamentals instead of chasing hype.
