@puzzer69 Seemed to be that over sea markets are unstable which is holding up price and need to price anything here isn’t as profitable as it is over there…so until that changes there isn’t a urgency to change that

@FarminKurty No I would agree if we want the change we have to start by showing them value isn’t in the pay rather than a mutual respect. However that respect needs to be started at home for them to understand what it is to be respected

@tannerday78 I 100% understand that this is a little ridiculous. Care should come from people caring about people and also wanting to do the right thing to get more out of the job/career. But this generation has been babied and they have been raised to care about themselves, not others. IMO
