@shiladitya @abhirajbhal @urbancompany_UC Getting WhatsApp calls from their ever confused customer service asking “what is the issue”. It’s like being forced to reiterate assault to 10 different police officers with repeated graphic details over and over again, just so that they can file the FIR.

I honestly don’t understand the concept of first cum first for a show that has various price categories. Keep a premiere section. Separate entrance. Separate queue. Allocated seats. Price it fairly. 3x for exclusivity. Pretty simple.

Most terrible service by @KFC_India ordered from their APP. 3 hours later, all I have are incorrect updates, a map that doesn’t work, clueless customer “executives” who will “callback” and worthless support from 7 agents refusing to take onus. Absolute disaster.
