For the longest time, I kept saying I was gonna build something. was just sitting there as an idea. I’d tell myself: I need more experience I need more time I need to figure things out first But honestly, I was just waiting. At some point you realize you’re not preparing anymore, you’re just delaying. So I just started. No perfect plan. No clue what I was doing half the time. Just took the first step and kept going. And you learn way faster like that. still early, but it’s already taught me a lot: you don’t need to have it all figured out most things aren’t as complicated as you think and starting is the hardest part

@tanviriss True. Signups are the best kind of motivation. Someone wanting to use what you built is the reason I code every single day.

Some days I genuinely don't know if this is going to work. Then a stranger signs up. And I remember why I'm doing it. Keep going.

What does a builder's workspace actually look like? Tasks they're behind on. Notes they wrote at 1am. A milestone they keep pushing back. Expenses quietly adding up. A changelog nobody reads yet. We built a tool that holds all of it. 50 builders are already inside.

@tanviriss Loud builders aren’t better they just pushed “publish” while the rest of us were still renaming variables for the 47th time 😄

Your idea isn't the problem. Your silence is. Post about it. Talk about it. Ship it ugly. The builders winning right now aren't smarter than you. They're just louder.

Nobody tells you that launching is the easy part. The hard part is showing up on day 8. When the excitement is gone. When growth slowed down. When nobody is watching. That's when it's actually built.

@BK9899554834606 After a couple projects in college I realized my team was all over the place we were never organized, thus Proseed was born

@tanviriss The context-switching cost is the hidden killer. I cut to 3 tools last year and the mental load drop was immediate. What was the timeline from 5-tab frustration to actually shipping Proseed?

I used to manage my SaaS with: Notion (docs) Linear (tasks) Slack (chat) Google Sheets (expenses) A tweet thread (build in public) 5 tools. 5 tabs. 1 frustrated founder. So I built Proseed. One workspace. Eight tools. Zero tab switching.

Unpopular opinion: Building in stealth is just procrastinating with extra steps. If your idea dies when people hear it out loud, it was already dead. Ship it. Say it. Find out faster.

What if your project management tool helped you grow an audience? Not just track tasks. Not just manage sprints. But let users follow your roadmap. Vote on features. Read your changelog. That's what we built. And 50 people are already using it.
