Throughout his distinguished career, Captain Ford has had many leadership roles, including Emergency Response Team Leader, Administrative Lieutenant, Captain of Investigative Services, Firearms Instructor, and the Canine Unit.

We'd like to give a special shout-out to Lt. Michael Fontana... Recently, we heard from someone who found himself in a dire roadside situation in the southtowns. This person says Lt. Fontana "stopped to assist me in my time of need."

We happened to catch this guy, a world traveler, trying to park here yesterday, but he seemed to be in a rush and officers let him go with a warning. 🎅

We want to remind everyone...you can't just park here. ❌ BUF has designated lanes for things like NFTA buses, ridesharing vehicles and parking shuttles. No magic sleighs, though. 👍

TAPD Ofc. Dina Bigham organized an incredible event with the support of Officers Christie Clifford, Nicholas Nesci, Michael Klein, Rob Gould, Kenneth Bigham, Lauren DeLaRosa, Joshua King, Madison Dobbs, Megan Stanley, Justin Roehner, Courtney Crosby, and Detective Jamie Maloney.

On December 9, after weeks of shopping and wrapping gifts, officers from the Transit Police Benevolent Association delivered gifts to Oishei Children's Hospital for six families involved in the Stone's Buddies program. ❤️
