@zookie_art Aww, thanks ☺️ I used to be able to crack it back in place (probably not the best thing to do 😅) but it’s really stubborn. I’m considering botox or a specialised splint next (hoo boy TMJ treatment options are expensive). Hoping you find some relief soon, too!

I haven't talked about my chronic jaw issues lately on here but I just got some bad news that I might need a full joint replacement for it.... 🙃

@taracphillips Yay for fellow jaw issue sufferer👋 I've been doing the physio + dry needling which helped it open a bit further, but unfortunately after more investigation it seems the joint has arthritis which means it's unlikely to be helped any more by less invasive means
