Ambition isn’t something you can install in someone like an app. You can support it. You can inspire it. But you can’t manufacture it. If someone is comfortable where they are and you’re wired for growth, that mismatch will always create tension. Sometimes it’s not about who’s wrong it’s about wanting different levels of drive and direction

I saw a TikTok about a girl who left her boyfriend after 5 years because he lacked ambition. One thing people need to know about ambition is you can not teach, influence or force someone in to being ambitious. They either have it or they don’t and you need to accept that.
