the things that you didn’t ask for, that just are - or that developed without your conscious choosing.
*to understand what this looks like, i’ve included two charts as an example. you can see that although both women are eating the same amount each day, one still has amenorrhea (loss of period), whereas the other has recovered. the diff is the energy deficit vs energy availability
if you are a premenopausal female: fasted workouts are not for you.

your body’s primary goal is to be able to grow a baby.
*even if you don’t want kids right now (or ever) your body is healthiest when its hormones are in check, menstruation is regular, etc.
