@FarajAlkassMD@karananandpara@somubetageri@SRajesh_IR@keithppereira We don't have dedicated Tips stent available in India, so we use combination stents, like in this case 10*100 fluency plus with 10*80 e lluminex, we cover the entire parenchymal track by covered stent. Ivc end was covered adequately.
@taraprasad@karananandpara@somubetageri@SRajesh_IR@keithppereira 1-Initially probably you didn’t have long stent, it looks like the residual narrowing is the bare segment of the stent near the IVC, which predisposes for bile leak and subsequent ISR.
2- I will pair follow up based on recurrence symptoms. 🤷♂️
Portal vein aneurysm
38y/F, Incidentally detected extrahepatic saccular aneurysm just proximal to the bifurcation of main portal vein.
No evidence of cirrhosis or portal hypertension. No history of trauma or pancreatitis.
Kept on imaging surveillance.
