We are in the future of the workforce. In this market, workers are not only humans, but also artificial intelligence and physical robots. So, how are earnings, commissions, and rewards calculated in such a world? Let's take a look at this from BitRobot's perspective... 👉The system has groups of robots performing different tasks. There are decision making bodies called the Senate and Gandalf AI that ensure the system operates fairly. These managers determine how well the robots are working through a cycle they call Measurement Evaluation Reward (MER). Measurement: The work done by the robots is quantified. For example, how many kilometers of deliveries did a cargo robot make without problems this month, or how many humanoid robots were hired. Evaluation: The Senate and Gandalf AI look at these numbers and evaluate and score each group of robots based on how much value they add to the ecosystem. Reward: A pool is created by calculating the scores given by the decision makers and the trust the community has in them. New rewards in the system are distributed fairly to robot owners, programmers, and those who validate the system for actually doing the work. It earns money for robot owners who demonstrate and perform real work. Like any healthy economy, the BitRobot system has certain expense items and measures to ensure it doesn't become a mess, remains secure, and is self funding... 1⃣ Registration Fees: Those who want to add a new robot to the system or establish a new task network pay an entry fee. The aim is to prevent those who don't take the system seriously from occupying the network. 2⃣ Rental and License Fees: If an outside company comes and rents these robots or the data they produce, a very small portion of the revenue is deducted by the system as commission. 3⃣ Deposits and Penalties: A kind of deposit is taken from participants to prevent malicious individuals from deceiving or disrupting the system. Those who violate the rules pay penalties, and these deposits may be forfeited. To understand how this entire system sustains itself, we need to look at two basic working principles (cycles): ✅Physical Service Cycle Rewards in the system attract useful robots to the network. An external client wants to rent a group of pavement robots to test a new software they've developed. The client pays the rental fee. While the majority of this money goes to the owners of the robots doing the work, a small commission remains with the network to keep the system running. ✅ Data and Information Sales Cycle Sometimes robots not only perform physical tasks but also generate very valuable data sets. For example, a data archive is created showing how thousands of robotic arms perfectly grasp objects. External technology companies commercially purchase this robotic arm data set to train their own artificial intelligence. The enormous licensing revenues generated from this are used to grow and develop the BitRobot ecosystem.
