RAGをちっとも使わないClaude CodeやCodexなどのAgent Harnessがなぜ高精度に動くのか、逆にRAGしか使ってないAgentがハルシネーションを起こしやすいのはなぜか、がよくわかる。目安は現行のAIのコンテキストサイズ(20k - 1M tokens)に収まるおよそ100ファイル以下。

Claude Codeが盛り上がっているけれど、ターミナルを日常的に使わない人には敷居が高い。これ点はもっと認識されるべきだと思う。CoWorkのようにGUIにするだけで、できることの幅は格段に広がる。自分もタスク整理、プランニング、知識共有まで、全てデスクトップアプリで行うようになった。Claude Codeもそこから並列に起動したりしている。

When the OS introduces this kind of performance regression, even Claude Code with the smartest models won't catch it. We need to give the harness proper context: not just application source code, but also infrastructure changes like base Docker images, OS versions, and kernel configs.

Packaging the harness has been the best practice for making coding agents work seamlessly. The same approach extends to non-coding tasks. In coding, source code is the AI's memory. For non-coding work, Markdown files serve the same role. We run agents doing PR triage, error monitoring, and Slack collection 24/7, all driven by .md files. Getting the environment right matters more than the model.

プランを立てる作業自体、別にプランモードである必要もなく。最近はチャットしながらwikiにプランを書かせてそれをそのままClaude Codeに渡して実装させたりしている

I never use plan mode. The main reason this was added to codex is for claude-pilled people who struggle with changing their habits. just talk with your agent.
