A fantastic 10k run in Windsor today. A beautiful, scenic route with views of the castle and grounds. A long 58 minutes of fun. I came 185/805 ladies who gave their all. The weather was perfect. I’m looking forward to next year. @Running4women @Run_Mummy_Run

My weigh in revealed a 1.2lb gain. I was disheartened, until I realised the entire gain was muscle. So I put on a pair of shorts, & 20 yr old hoodie, & worked out a little harder, as the gain was actually uplifting, once I looked beyond the aesthetic. #positiveme #mentalhealth

Back in the gym today after a month of disciplined Wattbike Zwifting which is helping me massively to get my fitness back. Luckily I have an amazing coach 🥰. Don’t give up when you get postnatal/breastfeeding pains, just be patient and enjoy the journey 🎉@The_RE_LE
