@BigMikePKP236 yeah inconsistency is an issue but it's a bookable offence, he knows the ball is there and moved it away. Veltman probably doesn't get booked for kicking Rice because if Rice wasn't there Veltman may have kicked the ball. Either way, Rice shouldn't have given ref the choice

@tashamash It just looks like the ball isn't even set for the free kick and Rice gets kicked in the process. Partey threw the ball away in extra time with no fuss. Doesn't seem consistent.
