been thinking about vinyls a lot lately
and it’s just brilliant
how we figured it out
that sound basically can just write itself down into grooves onto discs of lacquer
will buy myself a turntable (and co ofc) at some point in life and it will be quite the personal achievement

sometimes,
it helps to take a little time off
to add new chunks,
or unlearn some altogether
to keep in shape

But yet somehow, with language well within my bearings,
For reasons unbeknownst to me,
I’m pretty misunderstood most of the time
To me, silence is the most comfortable sound to ever exist

to spell it out, find truth in its meaning
in life, everything beyond that crease
is okay, you’re okay.

on days my heart feels heavy
my hand aches, trying to find its way to a pen
and that’s when I think about how

how I miss deciding what to do with my own time instead of submitting to the relentless idiosyncrasies of someone else’s ideas on an everyday basis

microadventures
not every adventure has to be a grand week or month long trip to the snow-capped mountains
you can have distilled, intense & fun adventures in a day
right in your backyard or only a few hours away from the city
you don't need to plan things to the *t*
it can be an open-ended exploration
with no specific time of return in mind
no worries of the chores you have to take care of at home
all of us need some microadventures in our life
to squeeze out the best juice it has to offer

sometimes it takes encountering situations involving individuals with whom you have total contradiction of thought when it comes to an obvious moral standing - to feel better about yourself.
