We had a special visitor at Springfield Bees Pre-school, MP for Chelmsford, @mariecgoldman! 🍋 She joined a classic TastEd activity: “What’s in the Sock?” 🧦 The children explored lemons, peppers & kohlrabi, using all their senses! 🥦 Thanks to all who made it joyful! 💚 #TastEd

In partnership with @AngliaRuskin, we delivered training to early years settings in Chelmsford. ⭐ “I am just excited for children to get this opportunity to explore.” Participants will take their new learnings back to their nurseries, helping more children get #tasting! #veg

Tomatoes are at their seasonal best - it's the perfect time to introduce them. Especially if you can get your hands on a sweeter variety or pick them off the plant. Then explore the fruit! Familiarity helps to build taste even if they don’t want to try today. 🍅 #sensoryfooded
