My new favorite volleyball player is the US middle blocker, Taylor Averill, because he has a tattoo on his arm of a little shrimp playing a saxophone with text under it that reads “let it rip”

Todays thoughts.
1) Every time I step away from volleyball and come back. My serving significantly improves.
2) Is there such thing as watching too much video?
3) Sometimes during training, I can’t help but think. Somewhere in the world right now, there’s people at war.

There’s definitely something about stepping away from your sport that has a ton of value. I’m not exactly sure why, and I’m no magician, but there’s definitely magic involved
