back when the big OD wasn’t around, the “shipping” was somewhat wholesome—most importantly, the amazing fanart. Then newgens flooded the gates in from tiktok, with the spamming of yuri/troons, it very much got annoying and out of hand but it made new artist and new drama…

it’s so forced and just manufactured outrage. it’s so obvious when neither side actually gives af and only sparked the drama cuz they were already prejudiced against each other and wanted their community behind it rather than keeping it to themselves. snca 🥶🤪
