Feminism created a moral shield around borderline behavior. By making certain categories of female behavior "unjudgeable," feminism provides a safe harbor for the female predator. To judge the behavior is an attack on "women’s rights," which paralyzes the social immune system.

@dothejackal @JCPQuad @matthews2k @blakelively but if there was validity to the veracity of her evidence he would have said so, instead he pointed out the evidence supplied did not support her claims. ergo there was no sexual harassment

I really hate how we cant have women depicted as evil in fiction anymore without having people throwing around the term "misogny", let women be evil again

He hired crisis PR to defend himself against someone threatening to ruin his life. He never sought out to maliciously lie and attack her the way she did to him. You can't find one thing put out around that time that is untrue and it being out there isn't the fault of Justin.
Joyfullyobserved@jfully19

Justin never retaliated. Defending yourself against false accusations isn’t retaliation. Defending yourself against an aggressive attack is a natural response of self preservation. He had every right to push back. What angered Blake the most is that he had the nerve to fight back

#LivelyvWayfarer Retaliation and Smear Campaign: One thing that doesn't get discussed enough is this: truth. If I tell the truth about you in public, is it a smear campaign? I don't think so. Did Lively take over the movie? Yes. Did she sideline the director? yes. Did she promote her private alcohol brand while promoting a DV movie? Yes. Did she promote a DV movie as a romantic movie? Yes. Is Baldoni prohibited from saying he didn't commit SH on Lively? No. Where is the "smear"? On the Retaliation Claim. Lively has to prove that the alleged smear campaign was waged wholly or partially IN RETALIATION FOR or on account of her protected activities. If the smear campaign was in retaliation for her improperly taking over the movie, sidelining the director, lying for PGA credit, bullying the director with her celeb friends like Taylor Swift, insensitive promotion of alcohol in relation to a DV movie, etc, that's not actionable because those actions are not protected activities. Oh, and by the way, Lively never identified any negative article, post, video or other content that was orchestrated by the Wayfarer team prior to her initiation of the complaint. Nor has she tied any such negative coverage to her protected activities.

Blake lively and Ryan Reynolds couldn’t imagine that people would hate @MaximumEffort promo of of domestic violence movie ( like @VancityReynolds acting like a jealous, crazy husband while groping Brandon Sklenar) so they’re calling it a smear campaign
JusticeforBJS@Justice4BJS

Blake lively ( & @VancityReynolds the real author of this letter) are unhinged. They’re crashing out on IG- no longer speaking of sexual harrassment but digital warfare. She could have just apologized for naming an alcoholic beverage after an abuser.

🚨Breaking Blake vs Justin Baldoni: After a federal judge gutted the majority of her case, Lively seems to taint the jury pool by posting cherry-picked excerpts to her 40+ million followers. Earlier she got a WME’s statement printed by MSM. All just a month& a half before trial.

Blake Lively shockingly boasts about herself on Instagram, trying to now paint herself as a champion of issues with “digital violence” and sticking up for women who don’t have a voice. This comes after Lively used the courts to terrorize dozens of women online for criticizing her court case by demanding their private location and financial data, among other things. No threats to Lively were made from the critics who came forward after she subpoenaed our information. No violence occurred. Just pure disbelief from an incredibly entitled Hollywood star who couldn’t believe people weren’t fans of her. Lively tried to financially penalize and terrify 107 social media users across YouTube, TikTok, and X to the point that some anonymous content creators feared for their safety. All for the high crime of expressing negative opinions of her. Helpless women without the financial resources or legal knowledge to fight her were targeted for criticizing Blake Lively’s own recorded statements and actions. And the justice system offers no recourse for those of us whose privacy is threatened by wealthy elites who abuse the courts this way. Talk about digital abuse… Lively’s latest pivot is sickening.

@blakelively the only "digital violence" that took place through this entire shitshow, sham lawsuit that you filed was you filing subpoenas with social media companies to intimidate over 100 content creators under the false allegation that they had conspired with Wayfarer to smear you with your own self-inflicted reputation for being a narcissist who can't handle the simple fact that people didn't like you (or your ferret-faced husband). Please don't speak out on behalf of women who've genuinely experienced gender-based violence when you were content to pay your spineless attorneys to subpeona a bunch of us. Say nothing. You have no idea what it's like to be abused and until yesterday, I doubt you'd ever even been told "no". I'm sure I speak for many people when I say, I find you disgusting. #congratulationswayfarer #freedmanisthegoat #fuckyoublakelively #fuckyouryanreynolds

“Who cares that Prince Harry flirted with a woman before Meghan.” Yeah, that’s not the issue. The issue is he accused the reporter of phone hacking and said she didn’t run in his social circle. It doesn’t matter to his wife, it matters that he’s a liar for the case.

To those of you claiming the claims were dismissed due to technicalities. The judge literally considered each claim and found either insufficient evidence or no wrongdoing on Justin Baldoni’s part. Stop parroting Blake Lively’s PR spin!

Last summer Blake Lively tried to subpoena my credit card numbers, bank account, location data, and a host of other private personal information because she didn’t like what I said about her online. Lively thought that surely no one could organically disbelieve her claims or criticize her. It must have been the secret work of Justin Baldoni! I watched as the news outlets shared ugly screenshots of me and ran stories while asking Blake’s attorneys for comment but never asking me. Only @JoshTBoswell from the Daily Mail bothered to reach out. I watched as random faux feminists then picked me apart for my looks and called me a misogynist because I’m not okay with an elitist jerk abusing our court systems to punish people she doesn’t like to the detriment of real victims. Because that is what Blake Lively does. She has the power and status to try to squash you like a bug if you do something she doesn’t like, and she subpoenaed 107 social media users (including someone with ONE subscriber) to try to terrorize anonymous accounts that criticized her. Today the federal judge gutted Blake Lively’s lawsuit. She flew too close to the sun trying to exploit California’s “Me Too” law to make herself look like a hero. Suffice to say… my credit card numbers couldn’t have saved her from that. I look forward to her losing her retaliation claims if she chooses to proceed to trial on the remaining claims.

One of the more poisonous aspects of feminism is that it interprets relationships through the lens of a Marxist theory of labor which reduces every act of love and care to an economic transaction
