@KBrookeGolisch This is particularly problematic when the rotation allots fixed percentages of each grade. If 2 students perform equally, but one plans on applying into the specialty, who is more likely to receive an A?

Was anyone else told as a 3rd year medical student that you should be vague about your specialty choice and on each rotation tell them you’re considering that specialty for your future as that could help you get a better grade? What absolute lunacy is this logic?
