@LBRUT This morning, on a beautiful sunny day, I decided to get up early and start the day with a run. I got off at Twickenham Riverside, but the scene I encountered was horrifying. For a moment, I couldn't tell if I was living in Richmond or "Trashmond."

Sadly, the same situation happens whenever there are matches at Twickenham Stadium. I'm asking the Mayor: do you find this scene acceptable? As a local resident, do I really have to live in such filth? Why aren't businesses held accountable for not cleaning their frontage?
