Welcome to Europe, laws don't apply on non-natives. And signals from the locals here are changing from very peaceful and patience to a less peaceful state of mind. I'm happy not living in Brussels or any city where Non-natives are the standard. I'm no racist, never was but when a line gets crossed it means I've been pushed over. No, she is talking about Molenbeek. A city in Belgium where less the 5% of the habitants are Belgian and the police does not dare to show their faces because they are scared. Molenbeek is pretty well known here, its like that for decades but politics in Belgium don't care about it's own people. The Islam is also taking over Brussels and Luik. We are serious outnumbered in our own city's. I'm not a racist, never was, never will be as long as all religions respect each other but in Molenbeek when you are a native, you are not welcome.
