I continued to give Zacharia Branch verbal commands to move from blocking the sidewalk and advised that if he did not, he would receive a citation for blocking the sidewalk. Zacharia Branch smirked, then stepped backwards and to the right, then remained standing upon the public sidewalk, so as to obstruct, hinder, and impede free passage upon the sidewalk as well as impede free ingress/egress to or from the adjacent places of business. @Yawger20 @TomPelissero It saids in the post. The cop asked him to move off the side walk so he wouldnt block people. It also saids he did listen. The officer also said he would get a citation in the report and arrested him. And his bond was 39 dollars. Trust me this is a abuse of power.

People might not like it.... but if an officer of the law, gives you a lawful order... you either have to comply or face the consequences. This does show lack of judgement on Branch's part though which could be concerning for teams. Believe it or not, Teams dont like players making headlines. And while this is extremely minor and petty but the LEOs involved. They seemingly matched Branch's petty by not moving off the sidewalk as ordered. Seems like a situation of 2 people having a dick measuring contest. Unfortunately for Branch it's going to cost him $$$. My question though... Why was he standing on the sidewalk. And why was he ordered to move? What was going on, on this sidewalk?
