@adamsummerton Stadiums and clubs owning them. Most are in major need of investment and look shabby at best on TV.
Removing some of the ugly barriers would be a start (see pic from recent trip).

Could this be the new ‘cheap’ template for Italian sides with athletic tracks looking to upgrade?
Remove the running track, lower the pitch and create a new tier.
Grounds at Napoli, Verona, Roma/lazio & Lecce spring to mind.
