🚨REPORT🚨
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent will roll out a new program offering tipsters up to 30% of fines recovered from Medicare and Medicaid fraudsters.
Given estimates of over $70 billion in yearly fraud across the two programs, whistleblowers could earn significant rewards.

@MNGuy12@GovTimWalz Yacht Rock on the speaker, basketball on the tv, cold beer in my hand. @GovTimWalz has already driven by several times trying to stop me!! He’s furious!! I threw my empty cans at him and he ran away with his tail tucked between his legs.
Some people would HATE to see this. Outside, 76 degrees, testing the human limit for light beer consumption. @GovTimWalz punching air seeing this while also salivating for my property tax dollars.
Witnessed something incredible at the Amsterdam train station yesterday
Fat and loud American tourist was trying to buy a water bottle for €4.50
Threw a €5 bill on the counter and started walking away
""Keep the change man" said in a typical annoying Californian accent
"We don't do tips here. This isn't America" cashier responded
The American tried to leave again but luckily security blocked the exit
"You didn't get your receipt for tax purposes"
"What?"
Store manager appeared with a form
"Did you attempt to give our cashier extra money?"
"That's unreported income. He has to declare it now. Pay social contributions. It becomes €0.24 after tax"
The American was baffled
"Bro but in the US—"
"In the US, workers beg for tips because they're underpaid. Here, we pay living wages" manager swiftly interrupted him
They made him take his €0.50 back and quickly filed an incident report for "attempted tax circumvention"
This is what a properly functioning society looks like
#Vikings HC Kevin O’Connell goes into detail as to why JJ McCarthy is the emergency QB 3 for Sunday:
“He got a ton of reps this week both with the 1st group and also with getting some really good reps with that look team of feeling the rush.”
I'm proud to be a member of a party that believes in correcting our mistakes, and I'm glad that this inaccurate and obviously flawed process was set aside. I look forward to having a full and honest debate with Senator Fateh about our city's future, with the outcome now resting squarely where it should — with all the people of Minneapolis.
@MNGuy12@jayblackisfunny Jay, this might be the dumbest take I’ve ever seen on here. Why don’t I send you my grocery bill and you can pay for it. Since when has it become a foreign concept provide for yourself?
They *say* it’s for “health reasons”, but you kinda know in the deep parts of your soul that banning soda for people on SNAP is some weird, puritanical judgment on the poor, right?
The world is hard; I feel like everyone should be allowed to have a Mr. Pibb from time to time.
@MNGuy12@WaffleHouse Does the hotel have pay per view? Some skinemax perhaps? Don’t let the wife the bill when you check out. I’ve been busted a few times myself
