@w3bjunki3 Hi! We're experiencing issues with our servers and we're looking into it already as we speak. You can still use the app if you close the pop up but it's the voice support app that cannot connect to the server which means checking for firmware, downloads etc.

@tchelicon Why do I still have issues with my goxlr being so sensitive to vibration. It takes a slight tap of the table for it to reset back to all noises coming out of the system sliders

@boba_witch @tchelicon I have the EXACT same issue. Bumping my table causes my audio system to reboot so many times it crashes. I loved it for such a long time, but boy is it getting so frustrating. Sucks so much too they abandoned/disbanded their stuff too so no support :/

i got gifted my @tchelicon Go XLR (the big one) in 2022 and for the last few months if i even dare to move it at all or bump the wires, it loses connection and i lose all sound and my mic. the connection where the power/usb plug in have somehow become faulty over time???
